What is a good Thai cuisine for 15 years to prepare for the draft 4 of the technology?
Well, I HAV on a project ......... Thai food and not eating, I KNW !............ Do u KNW can eat anything you 4 my food technology ready !...... so that I like Won Ton Soup with Shrimp, Pad Thai, chicken with chilli jam, garlic shrimp stir fried with roasted broccoli (Chinese) with oyster sauce and fried prawns with coriander and chilli =]. ............................... ...

How Can U EDC a Thai food that I can present the technology of food for me ^ ^
PS = Can u give me the recipe and style, which also ^^........
It would ba gr8 help =]

Pad Thai was very simple. You can send a bottle of sauce, mix buy rice noodles and add cooked shrimp or chicken and garnished with sprouts.

Well, the ingredients r:
-225g raw prawns (shrimp)
Veg-Oil 3tbsp
-4 Teeth garlc finely Choped
-1 Small onion, chopped
Jam-Chile 3tsp
-450g cooked rice, chilled overnight
, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
Sugar -1 / 2 c. Tea
-1 Langen, red pepper, seeds and chopped
-2 Onions (scallions), sliced
white pepper, for sprinkling
Coriander, a few leaves for garnish

Peel and remove veins from shrimp and lobster back on every cut, so it opens like a butterfly (let each shrimp occurred at the base and attached tail.leaving tail).

Give the oil in a wok or frying pan and cook garlic and onion brown roast over medium heat. Add chilli jam and stir for a few seconds or until Fragner. Add shrimp and cook over high heat for 2 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and open. Add cooked rice, light soy sauce and sugar and cook for 3-4 minutes. With pepper and chives, then mix well.Tasteseasonin adjust if necessary.

-150g spaghetti

3tbsp tamarind puree

-3-4 Garlic cloves, finely chopped 2 eggs
85g chuva-Chinese (group 1)
-1 / 4 c. Tea chili powder to taste
2 tablespoons dried shrimp, ground or crushed
Tough-2 tablespoons finely chopped carrot soup
-2-3tbsp chopped roasted peanuts
-180g bean sprouts
-3 Onions, money
Long 1 red bell pepper, seeded and torn into shreds, to garnish
Coriander, a few leaves for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving
