Alton uses a pleated filter cake with removable bottom nine inches .. seems to be 2 to 3 inches of depth greater challenge than the standard 1 inch.
All ideas, where you buy them?

Rose, I have formed a surface this spring more than pie pans are very shallow. I saw the ceramics and glass, but the broad masses, but floating above them. Especially for a pie shell, just like a quiche pan is deep enough. I know how many people have quiche:) besides me?

I found this kind of pans in the stores only sell food products. I also saw in the true meaning of Canada.

Note: Release the Granny Smith in the cake and use more or Pink Lady or Braeburn Gala Spartans.

ever seen ...... Cakes were made in the form of a spring cake pan often. I am sure that if you make a box spring that works well. good luck .. I use my bread for all types of dishes.
