I have exactly the same problem as you .. also with the herniated disc in my lower back. Vicoden is fine during pregnancy, you can feel better. Alternatively, you can try things like ice cream for your hot .. Back, and my gynecologist told me things I can and things like Pepcid OTC for acid controllers take .. will not harm the baby, but it saved my ass!

I would definitely rather in pain after taking vicodin during pregnancy ... I can not believe it is mandatory ... Tylenol 3 are very good, and even through the placenta to be taken safely.

Anyway, I have really bad acid reflux, and I'm 33 weeks tomorrow. I sleep with my bed, Rolaids, but feel guilty every time, because I do not know what they can do for the child, even if it is to be sure .. I worry too much. Well, I hope you feel better

I am so with you. I am only 32 weeks and have the same problems. I believe that chiropractic is very helpful! Definitely recommend some chiropractic.

For reflux and breathing, I have the bricks under the legs at the head of my bed and that helped some, but I'm living on Tums. In addition, I have a body pillow. If I sleep on my side of the abdomen between the mattress and cushions the body, I can not breathe stuck.

Sometimes, just before bed, I put a glass of ice water at the beginning of my stomach, slightly to my left. What moves the baby away from my belly and a little out of my ribs. Not always, but sometimes it helps.

Good luck! We know there are others of us here are suffering with you.

If the doctor prescribes, you should for you and your baby well. Sometimes these kinds of drugs may take some time to work in its entirety. Give him a few days. If not, or at least feel better by then, then I hit back to the doctor. You may have a different medication that will help you more.
Good luck and I hope you feel better.

Acid reflux wakes me up coughing in the middle of the night. try raising the head from the bed. This should help a lot.
